Umbra Solace is a shade structure manufacturer in Houston, Texas, founded in 2023 by a team with more than twenty years in architectural aluminum. Everything they make is pre-engineered and sold wholesale to the contractors who install it — which is how your pergola gets factory engineering and a local install crew on the same project.

Their catalog runs from pergolas and cabanas to cantilever structures, louvers, sunshades and architectural fencing — all in the same alloy and the same finish library, so a pergola, a privacy wall and a fence read as one system in your backyard.
